Success, contrary to the usual pantomime criteria that eventually produce Old Mother May, Widow Merkel, the parody of Rasputin that’s Putin, the wicked wizard Assad, Hu Flung and the Chinese Launderers and finally, Baron Hardup Trump with his array of Ugly Sisters in his pageants …. well, real success is to be found in a personal cess tank that works whilst we’re here on our soul journey.
To know when to recess, when to concede and what a concession actually means, how to access The One, to bridge the process of birth and death, to navigate through inevitable excess, to know what the word cessation means and what it doesn’t mean, to believe in His intercession – here is success, the Holy Scarab.
The world is drowning in its own detritus. Rarely in history have the wealthiest people ever given the people what they yearn for from eternity, but still the billionnaires hypnotise the ‘Barabus crowd’.
The super rich are super ill, like hoarders of stuff that are the sad stars of TV shows whilst they are “treated” for our entertainment, so the super rich ought to be treated for their illness of hoarding money in televised rehab sessions, for our mutual attainment.
Success is in building an efficient inner cess pit.
Without successful inner sanitation, people are vulnerable to getting rid of their “full of shit” feelings in various ways, making them feel bad about themselves, all of which generally gets in the way of the Christmas Message to “love your neighbour as yourself”, even if it actually explains why then we can’t love our neighbour until we can find the way to love ourselves again first.
Some get very drunk, some turn to vice and crime, some eat a lot, some get lost in mechanical religion, some starve a lot, some gamble to empty the bowels of their minds etc etc. (some rant on Facebook)
Some go into politics, and even though people eventually cotton on to the fact that most modern politicians are full of shit, it’s too late to then do much about it as we’re showered with it again and again.
People need to sort their own shit first in a spiritual programme, then not only will they feel better about themselves, they will stop being the unwitting toilets to a bunged up system of bungled power brokers who’ve once again thrown away the keys of knowledge.
“In as much as collectives are mere accumulations of individuals, their problems are also accumulations of individual problems … Such problems are never solved by legislation or tricks. They are only solved by a general change of attitude. And the change does not begin with propaganda and mass meetings, or with violence. It begins with a change in individuals. It will continue as a transformation of their personal likes and dislikes, of their outlook on life and of their values, and only the accumulation of such individual changes will produce a collective solution.” (C. G. Jung, Psychology & Religion (New Haven and London: Yale University Press, 1938) 95.)
Thank you Andrew and Mr Jung. Timeless wisdom. Thank God I can understand it. Here’s hoping I too will put it into action.
