Spiritual leadership in the 21st century.

Theories of general leadership abound in the 21st century, just tune into LinkedIn if you don’t believe me.

Known so-called spiritual leaders past and present are placed under the analytical microscopes of academics, experts, historians, theologians, sociologists, religionists and psychologists, to name but a few, as if some universal component of success could be gleaned from such studies, to be then sold on to the millions of new-age aspirants for huge sums of money!

A new spiritual leader has therefore a considerable assault course of boxes to tick, it may be thought, if they are to be successful in getting started, such thoughts are however erroneous.

A spiritual leader in a group situation is a temporary point of conducted energy. In its function this temporary point allows a specific group effort an orientation of a singular nature, so that there is a chance of successful conclusion to either a clearly consensual aim, or even an emergency aim that seems somehow to have been imposed upon the group by general circumstances.

One to one contact with a spiritual leader is always logistically difficult it seems, never more so than in the 21st century, so a utilisation of contemporary methodologies of communication is called for.

Religious leaders in all of the global denominations talk of Unity but find it hard to escape from aspects of their particular religion’s fame and hypocritical history that almost entirely collapses their efforts when it comes to conversing about what death really is and what happens to a personal sense of self upon the death of the physical body.

Spiritual leadership involves an arcane transmission of sorts, a grace from Source powerful enough to initiate an awakening in and of consciousness in a person. This awakening is not physical, for clearly the person is corporeally awake, as are you now. The awakening is metaphysical and just as stark for a person who is metaphysically awake as is the difference for them between their physical sleeping and waking states.

You know the difference between physical sleeping and waking. There is also an experiential, definite difference between metaphysical sleeping and waking, that is just as simple. The spiritual leader helps a person wake up spiritually …. there’s a surprise! 😉

The actual waking up in a person has in truth already started when a person finds themself attracted to an authentic spiritual leader, for the leader is more like a midwife to, rather than an inseminator of, a person’s metaphysical awakening.

Only in and with a metaphysically awakened person is the conversation about birth and death a viable possibility. This is why the Christ Jesus is reported as having said, “let the dead bury their own dead, I am living follow me now.”

The Christ Jesus was not being gratuitously rude, He was simply stating what I have just said for the people of His time.

Fortunately for me, there is a vehicle already in place on Earth, given by the experience of my spiritual forebears, built by the blood, sweat and tears of millions of awakened people over the last 85 years, that makes my present work possible.

This vehicle I have written about these past seven years in these blogs, this vehicle of the 12 Step Programme.

In most people on Earth, when they are looked at as potential personal plugs into the Universal Consciousness that pervades Mankind, then they actually have a kind of proxy-consciousness as the brown wire in their appearance is “a person, a place or a thing”.

This proxy-consciousness is the deadness that the Christ Jesus talked about when he said, “let the dead bury their own dead.”

Clearly then, this message has never been popular, it is not popular now. How can a person who seems to be successful with the thing of money as the proxy brown wire in his or her personal plug into a “life-current”, be expected to react when told that this arrangement renders him asleep, that they only have trickle-charge access to a current moment, to a present moment, as if dead to their own Higher Self?

How can a person who has inherited the proxy brown wire thing of a religion that so many people seem to buy into with its many holy places, be expected to react when told that this arrangement renders him if not quite as fully asleep as a money wired person, still he is actually no where near fully awake?

History says that if apparently successful people are told of their actual condition vis-a-vis their metaphysical connectivity, they deny the message and get very angry with the messenger!

So today, why am I driving my taxi and not being listened to by the medical authorities when I talk about my message that the therapeutic world is like a desert, that the best efforts of most of the world’s psychiatrists, psychologists and counsellors are making matters worse not better?

Why am I driving my taxi burdened by the financial debt of lost earnings, not being listened to, as I have taken the time to write my blogs challenging the corporate and political leaders of this time as they’re stagnating and collapsing because of they’re actually being ill in their executive effectiveness in same way that addicts collapse in illness?

I’m driving my taxi for many reasons, one of which is because it’s been the only way so far, to have met the many, many people that God has had me meet to converse about the prevailing conditions on Earth, for if I had tried to strategise a way to have met them I would never have been granted access.

It’s clear isn’t it? The paradox carrier historically is about as welcome as a disease carrier to orthodox power, yet aren’t they proved over and over again to have been the mirror held up to collapsing orthodoxy that none wish to look into, that is the opening part of their message.

When conditions deteriorate further, there may be time for my work to succeed, there may not, only God knows.

Healing for broken and empty words ….

After an interesting process of being interviewed by The Hull Daily Mail and after flinching just a little from the online headline, I have come to a few realisations as I saw the finished article.

“Unseen leader of the world”, now there’s a headline you don’t see every day in a newspaper!

The newspaper changed the story headline for the printed page version.

So, what is happening with this publicity?

Marianne Williamson, a spiritual teacher who also happens to be standing as a candidate in the 2020 US Presidential process has said that at a time when outrageous lies are being told by global leaders, then those that can should tell outrageous truths.

The ability to shock with a statement is a Sufi hallmark that is recorded in stories throughout the centuries and millennia that The Folk have been recorded as being teachers. So the headline of the online version of my interview is an outrage that has a context.

My work is and has been a matter of public record on my blogs now for six years and Diction Resolution Therapy (DRT) has been available for three years. My social media presence on Facebook and Twitter over these years has been mainly dedicated to my work identifying stuck or broken addiction as the bellwether disease of an era change.

I have built a relationship with my local radio station BBC Radio Humberside since they kindly broadcast the opening of DRT in July 2016 and I have given brief interviews on air for them as addiction matters have periodically entered their news broadcasts over the subsequent years.

This exposure of my work in an article by the Hull Daily Mail allows me clarify it on my blog, to focus the work of the journalist into a more pinpointed outrageous truth.

The journalist who interviewed me is very capable and she has done her best with a deep and problematic phenomenon, namely that Addiction is a primary disease that is not being seen as such by the medical Establishment, whilst also writing about a Sufi quite possibly for the first time in a local Hull story.

A Sufi historically is usually a hidden person, who even if they are known in their locality becomes a paradox, often seen as a holy fool by the orthodox religious people of their particular time and cultural setting.

A Sufi has often been seen as only placed in an Islamic context, this is not necessarily so, for wherever One Love is, there the Sufi is, was and will be.

At this time therefore, my presence as a Sufi is to orientate with the beauty of the Islamic perfection of Muhammad (pbuh) whilst also being able to be connecting all of Abraham’s people with the whole of the Eastern hemisphere’s spirituality as the HU man healing.

I connect HU with AUM as That that’s never actually been separated in essence at all, ever, just as these two poems from the thirteenth century expose – the first is from Muhyiddin Ibn Arabi and the second from Jalalludin Rumi.

My heart has become capable of every form: it is a pasture for gazelles and a convent for Christian monks,
And a temple for idols and the pilgrim’s Ka’ba and the tables of the Tora and the book of the Qur’an.

The core of Diction Resolution Therapy is in the curing of the word “addiction”.

Once the word addiction is healed and forensically restored to a healthy place on a flow chart describing the executive function of a viable person, then the prevailing cultural conditions of this time can be seen more clearly.

As the broken and empty words that describe the collapse of an ill person are seen to correlate with the broken and empty words of an ill system, then the behaviours of the global politicians can be seen in their actual context of collapse.

Once this collapse is seen, healing can begin.

The reason that my work is now appearing in a manner that seems to be challenging the orthodox methodologies clinically as well as the orthodox methodologies theologically is that that is what is necessary as this page from an Idries Shah book shows:

When words are broken and empty as in the UK Parliamentary drama that is being watched from around the globe, Consciousness responds to help individuals and leaders to begin to diagnose their difficulties in a way that gives a better chance of their problems becoming solved.

If a person were to search for an “unseen leader of the world” on Google, perhaps in a reaction away from many of the “seen leaders of the world”, then the BBC headline might become even more clear!!

The Sufi, as a paradox is not limited to Islam or in fact to any exoteric religion, is limited perhaps only by their onlookers’ receptivity of limitless Love.

The seen leader of the free world in 2019 describes himself regularly as “a very stable genius”. I listen to this and smile at the warped and twisted reflection of the “seen from the unseen” as I have a clinical supervisor vouchsafing for the stability of my therapeutic service and I am a member of Mensa!

So as an externally verifiable “very stable genius” myself, I listen to the seen leader of the world and try to find areas of compatibility with his self-validated utterances from his self-proclaimed position as a “very stable genius”, to no avail!

The reaction to the headline written about me locally was just about zilch …. it might as well have said “green eyed alien lands his flying saucer on roof of City Hall”, for that headline wouldn’t surprise people either in the febrile atmosphere brought about by the eleven years of the global post bank-crash cartoon that has culminated in the UK with its last three years of frozen Brexit.

This moment of my experience is actually breathtakingly beautiful, has no longing for a more glorious past nor any longing for a more spectacular future.

So, I’m inclined for a while to make sure that I frame any of my further comments about the seen world and its leadership proclamations more clearly from this, my revealed place of search-engined authority, just to see how “stable and/or genius” any erstwhile leadership reflection actually is and to explore the requirement for “respect”.

No Blame

There is a Name of God, The Gatherer, it is one of my service names, it is the name that energises my rôle as a Paradox Consultant as described on my page https://www.drt.global/corporate

The Gatherer connects opposites as a defining factor of the word paradox. This manifestation of service connects the blue and the brown wire in the plug of a personal connection with the Energy that Einstein describes in E = mc².

Mankind is designed to make mistakes. To make a mistake is vital in the learning process and in the individuating of a permanent Conscience for oneself, through which a precious soul can be activated by Consciousness.

Boundaries have to be applied dispassionately by a governmental function that upholds the need for people to make mistakes in order to learn. Therefore discipline is for ever to be applied without blame being attached to a redemptive process of law.

Blame is an authentic word when it is utilised as a light-house and a navigational warning not to crash upon its rock.

Defects are implicit within the make up of Mankind and in our individual personalities. These veils of light and dark that turn as quality and defect are the very ground of an experiential learning process that is Life itself in the cultural collections that appear on Earth. These defects are the very ones and zeros of the programmability of people that are made most sensible when a Source Code of Singularity is consciously connected.

When politicians for short term gain, have sought to weaponise the mistakes of opponents as proof as to why a person or a party is unfit to lead or be in power, then the body of the ordinary process of mistake based learning becomes severed from the so-called head of that body and eventually the result is UK politics 2019.

There is the phenomenon of fault when power processes fail in any organised endeavour. This is usually when mistakes are erroneously hidden for reasons of fear and imagined loss.

The way through the Gordian Knot that presents in the UK as a mirror to the rest of the world is to see clearly the contrast between mistake and fault. Then law can be processed sequentially as a “no blame” change management pathway can be built.

The only way to access the “no blame” portal in this adversarial system is to repair the terminal of bottom-line fixation with a terminal of a Human top-line of a singularly global understanding. This is work for a Spiritual Counsellor.

In the huge recovery industry that has been spawned by the arrival of the 12Step Programme in 1937, there has been an asset stripping “gold rush” as everyman and his dog stake out a claim to “mine” from the original deep seam of redemption that is still the singleness of purpose known as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA).

This cunning asset stripping and subsequent re-branding of what is a spiritual message, by an intellectual cleverness that can’t submit to any sense of God-consciousness, is only to be expected as it has been happening for thousands of years.

The Source of the message will of course protect the original transmission of the 12Step brand, just as the cohorted charitable and corporate derivative entities attempt to copyright their constructs and financial schemes.

Some of these global entities of supposed solution bearers to hard-pressed government departments around this addicted world are not even benign in their relationship with the source of their recovery industry, they are actively hostile toward the international 12Step Fellowships that have grown from the original Programme over the last eighty years.

How do I know this? Because I have talked with an employee of Indivior – a global addiction recovery player. (The Indivior link updated in April 2019 after the exposure of alleged malpractice) If you look at their opening page on their website, it seems that they are open to a collegiate approach within the global school of experience that has as its foundation the arrival of AA in 1935.

Far from it, the person I spoke to in my taxi as I took her to the airport was vehemently against the 12Step Programme, even telling me that she spent much of her time informing funders at government level around the world that the 12Step Programme doesn’t work and that they need to buy into their corporate services and drug products.

I spoke to a man recently at an Interfaith gathering who said that no-one could prove that God exists. I said that that was no longer strictly true. I said that since 1935 there had been and still are, many millions of people who can claim conscious contact with God as they understand God. They can claim conscious contact with a Higher Power that is loving and caring that has brought them back from a fate worse than death.

“What do you mean?”, says he.

“Members of the global 12Step Fellowships can all quote their Step11 which places them all in a God-consciousness of their own understanding,” says I.

“That’s not the same as what I was saying,” says he.

“It may not be what you wanted to hear,” says I, “but it is exactly answering of your previous generalisations about God that seemed to serve your atheism so neatly.”

I really don’t object to atheists as this linked video explains ….

However, eventually the conditions on the ground will be met with a message of sanity that is evidence based, irrefutable, compassionate, timely, tremendous and true.

Once the message is delivered, then the recipient has the responsibility of either action or continued inertia.

The 12Step Programme is the only living Spiritual programme left on the planet, the only connection with The Holy Spirit that is practical, predicable, provable and true, redeeming the lives of all people willing to change from within any religion, atheism, secularism, humanism, sect, creed or political party.

The Higher Power of the 12Step Programme is not a theory. It is not a new linguistic programme. It is not a clever manipulation of cognition and behaviour that might last a few months. The 12Step Programme is an ineffable fact, an incredible and indestructible coherence of invisibility and visibility, of time and eternity, of ancient and modern, a triumph of belief over despair.

The 12Step Programme is unashamedly written in the language of the heart, a language that challenges the insanity of the language of the head, until the head submits.

The Singularity that the late Stephen Hawking wrote about in his cosmology that led onto looking at the boundaries of understanding for physics is a reflection of the Singularity that is the Source of the 12Step Programme and its metaphysics.

“Without help it is too much for us, but there is One who has all Power, that One is God, may you find Him now” (AA Book)

This single sentence is the nuclear core of the 12Steps. It is the same sentence spoken by every Prophet, Patriarch, Saint, Messenger and Mystic of the so-called West. It is the sentence that underpins the Eastern Hemisphere of Buddhist enlightenment as surely as a brain has two hemispheres.

It is the sentence of repetition found in the Surah Al Rahman in The Qur’an, “now which of the bounties of your Lord will you deny?”

The template of sanity for a Human being is this threefold, simple, evidence based structure, namely that a person appears as a physical, mental and spiritual being that has to be connected across its two inner interfaces of mental/physical and mental/spiritual if that person is to be described as in any way fully conscious.

God is consciousness.

Mankind arrives existentially inside consciousness, but unaware of this fact, therefore unconscious of the very forces that uphold an awareness of mortality. This is almost analogous to an imaginary conscious fish that is actually in water whilst denying that water exists.

A person who arrives at a conscious contact with this living Singularity arrives within a kindergarten of Human possibility from out of the conceptual rigour of their previous ignorance, however that conception might have appeared to have happened.

At this time, recovery from the many forms of the bellwether disease of Addiction is the paradoxical beachhead of sanity that has arrived at the junction of two eras, as the Age of Pisces gives way to the Age of Aquarius.

As at every previous time of momentous change known to Mankind, however the history of change might have been disrupted, Messengers from the Unseen decloak and engage in the almost impossible mission of trying to help the collective engage in work that is really only the province of the individual.

This time of momentous change is no different. The help is at hand. The challenge facing the helpers and those to be helped is the same, namely one of engagement.

Brand Leaders?

​Though all of Mankind can take solace in the Saul to St. Paul redemptive template, or the “your’s was not the hand that slew” response to Moses when he doubted his mission for having killed an Egyptian soldier, or the “let him with no sin cast the first stone” statement from “The Brand-leader Himself”, still, the following story is not easy for the largely Christian Empire of the globe to keep unprocessed.

The truth is that if the brand of global Christianity with its pastoral, educative, child-care, health advisory and legally binding institutional services along with its property ownership and management of financial services was invented today, it would not be allowed to get off the ground.

Such is the disparity now between the core brand messages of The Founder, such as “give away all your money to the poor and follow me”, and the actuality of the land owning, client abusing, elaborately robed and upper class appearance of the staff when juxtaposed with the actual existential condition of millions and millions of erstwhile Christians, then it is no wonder that the wheels have fallen off the wagon of Anno Domini.

The last scene of “In the Shoes of The Fisherman” strike me as the only answer to a beginning to a journey out of the present global crisis of faith in organised religion – I suggest you search for the clip of the film of the Morris West story, or look at the rest of my blog.

As for Christ …. you’ll find Him on the streets, shoulder to shoulder with the transparently suffering, as usual.

Always makes me laugh out loud when I see that analogy, rich and layered about the Universal Spanner …. I of course see myself delivering its efficacy to nuts in the Middle East, in Ukraine, Korea …. The Vatican, Davos, Lambeth Palace, Westminster Palace, The Whitehouse, Europe …. anywhere where the nuts have lost the thread and can’t seem to do what nuts are designed to do on the eternal lightning bolts of creativity, to turn, turn and keep on turning …. not slam their misunderstood bolts across their makeshift locks that are welded with fear upon the closed doors of their armour plated hearts.
My wife, on the other hand …. who knows me so very well …. listens to my grand designs, and smiles …. and with her own inimitable version, seeming more as a wrench to me, asks “but, can you see it in yourself?”

All over the World, religious folks are poring over the ancient texts, trying to emulate the lives of Saints who lived in different times. Many have given up on finding contemporary portals of Spiritual efficacy, overwhelmed by the collapse and infighting of the only global religious vehicles seemingly available to them.

The world cannot stand yet another religion, other than the religion of Love.

The movement which is the existence of the universe is the movement of love.

The 12 Step vehicle has cohered within a great inner spiritual jihad over the last eighty years. It has arrived “like a thief in the night”. It redeems and sanctifies the life of anyone, from any cultural background, who truly follows its simple tenets, it rarely fails. (Link added 4th August 2019)

This global vehicle may now be the only place that a truly ecumenical message from the Unseen might land. Any other landing site is now hopelessly destroyed by the raging disease of stuck-addiction© which has brought Mankind’s spiritual constitution across the realms of that word’s wider meaning, i.e. physical, corporate and national/political, to the point of utter collapse.

Even the many millions of participants currently working upon themselves within their particular 12 Step Fellowship are perhaps not fully aware of the magnificent global spiritual achievement that they have collectively achieved and are upholding.

Both inside the anonymity of their 12 Step Programmes and outside within the principled application their daily spiritual victory, a message of good news is extended to everyone by these Fellowship members both past and present, within the undeniable success of their global spiritual endeavour.

The many millions of people who are currently in a 12 Step lifestyle are urged to seek ways to pray and meditate. The more deeply world events impact upon the exoteric religious vehicles, the harder it becomes for particular people to truly tune into the Transmission Mast of Indivisible Love that is the wellspring of our existence.

People personalise their Inner Craft, through Step Eleven of the 12 Steps, that powers them upon their further personal journey.

These further personal journeys can then correlate within established collectives to be a catalyst to further and deepen their transformation.
