Breakdown and AA Recovery in 12 Steps.

Did Rumi actually say this?

My days are not presently a furnace of stress and anxiety, so I guess that what I need is flowing to me, indeed that it already has flowed to me. So, is anything attracting me? If so, whatever the appearances, there is a mutuality.

Then, within this secret, is there a choice of action?

Of course there is. Discernment, propriety, experience, choice – these words are legitimate within the movement around a Higher Emotional Centre.

However, this movement around a Higher Emotional Centre, to be articulate in this expression, requires a vehicle of transmission that individual people must build experientially for themselves.

In the furnace of stress and anxiety that Rumi talks about, there is the clutching after people, places and things in an attempt to fit into what a culture is saying is the way to be successful, viable, legal etc.

The 12 Step Programme is the remedy for when the personal “clutch” is broken. Stuck and broken Addiction is when a person is either fixated and stuck on with their will, or when a person’s drive and will is inaccessible to them as a previously stuck on situation has smashed their clutch, or ignorance as to how will actually works has rendered their power transmission as inoperable through fear of clutching at anything at all.

This metaphor is of course only a symbolic and kindergarten representation around the sublimity of Mankind’s potential to interface their mechanical biological drives with an invisible energy Source in articulations that allow the arrival experientially of a Human journey of becoming.

The Holy Spirit is simply “invisible energy” in the same principle that X-rays are an invisible energy. Equally, just as known invisible energy contactibility is investigated and utilised in science in basic terms of “source, transmission and reception”, just so is it possible to approach The Holy Spirit phenomenologically.

The Holy Spirit enters into the engine of the Diction Chamber in the diagram above. So, as it tells you in the formatting of St John’s Gospel, “in the beginning was the Word….”.

When stuck and broken Addiction has broken the above diagram, then the Diction Chamber atrophies and becomes the castle in The Sleeping Beauty story.

The phenomena of millions of people being healed over the last 85 years within an application of the 12 Step Programme now provides Mankind with a reproducible technology of the heart, mind and body connectivity of men and women and the power dynamics of successful Human healing when the transmission of the power of Love suffers a catastrophic breakdown.

What this description is actually exposing is that a deeper technology is being made available within a movement out of a spiritual kindergarten.

Instead, the problem has been removed.”

This first quote then is the second rite of passage that completes the construction of the vehicle that permits the neutral place to manifest as described in the second quote.

The 12 Step Programme connects all opposites both visible and invisible as is the actual template anyway as described by Rumi in the 13th century.

This describes the eventual connection of left and right hemisphere in the brain as consciousness meets conscience in a whole brained person when the Creation story is internalised and the angelic functions are experienced as the potential synaptic connectivity of the psyche as delineated by Muhyiddin Ibn Arabi in the 13th century also.

From al-Islam.org this Creation Story looks at “resentment” as first felt by that entity known as Satan or Iblis in the Abrahamic religions.

“One day Shamim asked her grandmother, “Tell me Grandma, who made us? How did we come on this earth?”

Grandmother smiled sweetly and said, “Yes, my child, I will tell you. Listen to me carefully and patiently.”

She began:

“Many, many years ago, in fact thousands of years ago. There were water, trees, mountains, birds and animals on this earth. But there was no man or woman.

At this time Allah created one human form. It was man’s body. Then Allah made the body alive. He was called Adam. Having created Adam, Allah commanded all his angels to bow down to it. All the angels obeyed and bowed down. But one Jinn (who used to pray with the angels) and who was called Azazil, did not do so. He stood erect against the order of his Master and Creator.

God asked him:

‘Why did you disobey my order and did not bow down as commanded?’

Azazil proudly replied: ‘Oh God, You made me from fire. Now you ask me to bow down to a body made from clay and earth. I cannot belittle myself. That is why I will not bow down to Adam.’

The reply displeased Allah. For, all who are created by him are to obey His orders.

Azazil was sent out of heaven onto the earth. And from then on he was called Iblis and Satan.

Iblis before coming onto the earth begged Allah to look at his many years of prayers and obedience.

Allah asked him to ask for reward.

Iblis thought deeply. He felt that it was because of Adam that he was sent out of Heaven. (In fact it was not Adam but the pride which had caused the downfall of Satan). So he thought that Adam was his enemy. He decided to ask for life upto the Day of Resurrection. Allah granted him life upto a certain day. It is the day of the Reappearance of our 12th Imam (a).

Having got such a long life, he vowed to misguide Adam and all his progeny on every possible way.

Hearing his determination, Allah told him that his scheme would be successful for only those men who would be of evil thoughts and deeds. But he would never succeed against good people.”

“Oh, how bad of Iblis”, cried Shamim, “to think in such an evil way”.

”Can Iblis hurt us?”, asked Shamim.

“Yes,” replied Grandmother. “He can harm us by making bad things appear tempting to us. We must always be careful”.”

For the Dervish, when looking at the Ancient psychology of spirituality, it is said that all teaching stories can be internalised by Mankind into the inner universe.

All peoples know of resentment. This is not to criticise or favour any culture or religion over another. Stuck-addiction affects and infects the whole world’s people and has a whole world remedy.

So, all people have the Angels as connections in the psyche. It is said that all people have God and the Devil inside. In the story, Satan took a huge resentment, felt ill-will against God and Adam, when asked to worship (wor[th]ship, to see the worth or value of) Mankind and earthly creation.

When any person therefore wants to know if they have God and the Devil in their inner experience, look no further than emotions charged with ill-will stemming from a resentment toward a person, place or thing in their life as their Devil, toward emotions charged with good-will stemming from seeing the worth of a person, place or thing as their God.

This simple Creation Story taken from The Qur’an gives the foundation for the redemptive 12 Step Programme that is the gold-standard treatment for the primary disease of Addiction.

“We took stock honestly. First, we searched out the flaws in our make-up which caused our failure. Being convinced that self, manifested in various ways, was what had defeated us, we considered its common manifestations.

Resentment is the “number one” offender . It destroys more alcoholics than anything else. From it stem all forms of spiritual disease, for we have been not only mentally and physically ill, we have been spiritually sick. When the spiritual malady is overcome, we straighten out mentally and physically. In dealing with resentments, we set them on paper. We listed people, institutions or principle with who we were angry. We asked ourselves why we were angry. In most cases it was found that our self-esteem, our pocketbooks, our ambitions, our personal relationships (including sex) were hurt or threatened. So we were sore. We were “burned up.”” (from chapter 5 AA Basic Text)

QED as a mathematician might say. Here is exposed a practical connection between ancient scripture and contemporary psychology of spirituality.

Ill-will that stems from ignorance of how this world and Mankind actually is put together is a descriptor of the cause of all spiritual illness and that addiction in all of its forms is actually a spiritual illness even though it seems to present as a mental and physical collapse.

So, simply put, there are two states of will on this planet experienced by Mankind, good-will or ill-will.

Ill-will is rooted in ignorance, good-will in knowing.

This then simply put is what my work in blogs since 2013 is about, this then is what Diction Resolution Therapy is about.

Are the governments on Earth fundamentally activated by good-will as they deal with their populations nationally and with each other internationally? Are the peoples of the countries encouraged to act with good-will toward each other and toward foreigners? Are the peoples of the countries encouraged to put each other first, or to put money first?

These and other simple questions can show that most people are often taken over by Satan as defined by ill-will toward people, places and things, but that this animosity is so painful that most people have in the past tried to find ways to return to acting with good-will as soon as they can in their close personal relations.

When sensitive people get stuck in resentment, then all the many failed forms of attempted remedy are the forms of illness that are collapsing the health services around the world today, broken hearts and cardiac disease, food issues and obesity plus secondary diabetes, sex instinct disorder plus physical and behavioural disease, alcohol and drug misuse, gambling dysfunction, monetary hoarding and/or profligacy causing mental and physical illnesses associated with bingeing, many forms of co-presenting mental illnesses including dementia. The fact that academics in medicinal departments can’t even see these connecting symptoms as being from one disease, is politically at least, a huge part of the disease.

When leaders of collective endeavour get stuck in situations of ill-will as competitive approaches to commerce become personal or when ethical rules are broken, then corporate as well as local, national and international political governance can get taken over by Satan as defined by ill-will toward people, places and things.

This situation is not resolved by the unaided intellect. It is a spiritual illness that is only relieved by a spiritual remedy.

The global situation on Earth is now a spiritual collapse. The religions as a partisan phenomenon of theories about God are part of the disease, no longer able to deliver the initial Human remedy.

The increasingly tribal and febrile partisan political situation nationally and internationally is clearly broken, ill and not responding to the usual sticks and carrots of a monetary based system that only pays lip-service to the Spiritual oaths that the individual politicians take as they enter into the governments’ machines.

How much further must the situation in the world deteriorate before my message is received?

There are signs that Leadership Teams are waking up to the actual conditions that they face. Jared Diamond’s book called Upheaval that has been endorsed by Bill Gates recently is the first sign of a genuine breakthrough that I have witnessed in my lifetime.

Say: I love God alone, whilst seeing the worth of Mankind, whilst worshipping Mankind. I am in the middle.

For this Universe and this Earth and this material Sentience is utterly perfect now. The design of light and dark, angel and demon is necessarily and beautifully cohered for adventure and individual becoming of The Human, being.

Stuckness, a lack of turning, a fixation with a false singularity such as a person, place or thing, this when collectively manifested to a point of breakdown has brought about Messengers from The Source.

All Messengers repair material opposites to get them turning again and authentically reconnect them to The Source as they understand It.

It is said that ‘familiarity breeds contempt’ as a saying in the West.

In Recovery Dynamics evidence about recovery from a spiritual disease, it is said that the only bar from recovery is ‘contempt prior to investigation’, that is a closed mind, or only imagining or thinking that a thing is already known. The Sufi says ‘love’, and people think that they are familiar with that word.

When all said and done, change is up to people. Systems change only when enough people change themselves.

For good or ill?

Mankind is a programmable and a highly conditionable phenomenon. The description here of how youngsters are desensitised offers an insight into the training of any persons who then have to work in conflict zones. The only difference is context, the ‘dition’ of the chain of command, whether there is any connection left in the process with ‘love’ as an arbiter of conscience toward Humankind as against an agenda that is about an enemy to a particular version of Mankind.

These descriptions are about illness. These descriptions are about ‘diction’ and ‘dition’ and the hijacking of a dictionary, the corruption of meaning away from a Universal Love that is synonymous with Humankind.

Whether apparently self-induced or induced by the induction process of a programmer attached to a ’cause’, the end results of the inevitable developmental conditionability of Mankind are only ultimately measurable in terms of ‘good or ill’ rather than ‘good or evil’.

Good-will is Universal, ill-will is always partisan and sectarian. This is the difference between healthy addiction and stuck-addiction.

This disease of ill-will, this stuck-ness and paralysis of Executive function whether in personal or systemic bodies, wherever and however it manifests, is attended to by Diction Resolution Therapy.

Global Disease

This situation as reported in the CNN report attached to this blog is replicated across the treatment desert that is the dire situation that I have been messaging about for nearly six years.

In the UK, if I had the resources, I could give a brief to a barrister that would have a fair chance of successfully prosecuting the NHS for willful misdiagnosis of ill people and the complete denial that Addiction is a Primary Disease.

I have termed the epidemic stuck-addiction because this disease is also presenting in the Executive collapse of systemic bodies around the world, government and corporate, not least in the symptoms reported in this story.

Purdue are in trouble for making money out of both selling the opioids that are abused as well as the drugs then sold to ostensibly treat the opioid addicts.

(As a postscript, Purdue settled out of court but Johnson & Johnson were recently found guilty by courts in Oklahoma in the US of deliberately addicting people to their products as well as selling the remedial medication for the illness that they caused 10/10/19)

This is akin to the big four global auditing companies who give the accounting reports required by the money sellers servicing huge corporates, who then make money on the bankruptcy proceedings.

This is also akin to Governments around the world who cause all the war, propaganda and misery and then come to the addled populations as the only solution to the problems that they themselves are causing.

Whether in governments or corporations, the top-line has gone from the leadership teams, conscience and ethics are evaporating, bottom-line fixation and a broken global Ponzi Scheme post 2008 describe global stuck-addiction … a spiritual disease that is killing Mankind and their planetary environment. Terrorism is a form of this disease of stuck-addiction.

The breakdown of law and order around the County Lines phenomenon in the UK presently is directly associated with the hypocrisy of the collapse of the global Ponzi Scheme from stuck-addiction, that caused the austerity spending cuts that decimated the UK Police forces, that opened the way for organised criminals from the UK and a failing EU to recruit children as drug-runners, who then collapse as in William Golding’s book The Lord Of The Flies.

Wherever a person looks today the world is on fire, actual fire in climate change scenarios, sociological fire as communities teeter on the brink of collapse.

These linked conditions worsen because the links, though known, are being denied as unbelievable. The laws of the land must be upheld, the rôle of the Police is vital at this time of era change to referee the changing times impartially and with rigour, even though the line between behavioural illness and other forms of criminal activity continue to blur.

When Mankind arrives at seeing its calamity clearly, the portal to reconnecting to Humankind as a leadership requirement will open.

Whether sufficient numbers of leaders can step through this portal in time, that is up to God alone.

The spiritual principle behind poverty is succinctness itself at this time of remembering Christ, the sparseness of the conditions surrounding His birth, the attitude He had toward the money-lenders in The Temple when He threw them out and the categoric statement He made to the disciples when they complained about expensive perfume being applied to His feet, as He said something to the effect of “the poor will always be here, but I am only here for a short time”.

So, the way out of the conundrum is to see the World as perfect, and that the opposites are here for each other as Dickens wrote about in The Christmas Carol wherein Scrooge wakes up in time to save his soul simply by giving more of his money away.

The crisis facing Mankind is real. There is a huge money mountain that is growing and there is a huge, but smaller, debt mountain that is growing. The system cannot bring these to mountains together, more and more people are flat-lining in a dystopic and visionless collapse between these mountains.

If Morris West is true in his vision, then his book In The Shoes Of The Fisherman offers the only end-game for the 21st century body of Christ i.e. the Churches, they have to follow Christ, after giving all of their money to the poor.

This will challenge all of the democratic functions of the so-called Christian Empire whose officials swear an oath of democratic service using a Bible, for the catalytic act of putting money back into its proper place of service will truly trickle down into the global culture in a way that worshipping money as a commodity has never been able to do.

In 1982, I had a conversation with an Anglican Bishop about just such a possibility, that the body of Christ as the Church, might have to sacrifice itself if the hypocrisy of the historical journey of institutionalised power was to make an atonement and something of true Christianity might begin to be born.

The Bishop looked at me shocked and said, “but Andrew, a monster might be born”.

Since then of course, monstrous revelations about the behaviours of priests, nuns and clergy generally have been exposed, so it is possible to see why the Bishop was so instinctively scared in 1982, and there may be lots more that the Establishment generally has yet to suffer being borne by the public, before the New Age can land.

We have all faced considerable disaster since this process of cultural atomisation has really gathered in pace post the 2008 global banking crash. There may be much more yet that has to be borne.

The problems facing the global leaders today are spiritual problems that will only begin to be resolved under the applied vision of spiritual principles having been embodied as top-line behaviours, by leaders presently obsessed with purely bottom-line driven behaviours, bottom-line driven behaviours that give 25 people the same wealth as half of this planet’s population.

The barrier to these Executive behaviour changes is a barrier made up of fear, denial and the inevitable lack of vision that stuck-addiction©️ induces in people who are labouring under tremendous responsibility.

There is no quick fix. The desire for a quick fix is part of the problem. What is possible is a clarification of the real situation facing global leaders, from which clarifications new conversations can begin and the pathway to the new Epoch can begin to be written.

If the Christmas Carol principle is not extended by the richest institutions, the richest people giving of their wealth to those with nothing, then no political force alone anywhere on Earth, nationally or collectively, has any policy possibility whatsoever that has the slightest chance of averting a global nuclear war in a matter of years rather than decades, maybe even months rather than years.

UK Democracy rises from the dead.

The election of Jeremy Corbyn revivifies the Democratic process. If people want democracy, an adversarial system, then this is what is now restored. Margaret Thatcher corrected Union excesses, Tony Blair failed to correct Margaret Thatcher’s excesses. Thus the system broke and turned from policy differences into personal differences. The system sickened away from adversarial health into an accusatory pandemic of broken diction.
This pandemic trickled down into the electorate, sticking whole swathes of people into inappropriate problem solving pathways, past paradigms that no longer work. Alcohol misuse and food addictions that have fuelled the secondary diabetes component of the National sickness that itself threatens to bankrupt the NHS. Then there is the financial crash that is a direct result of the failure of the big four global Auditors to do their job which has further polluted the political process creating a perfect storm of Executive failure to see what is actually happening to the fabric of civilisation.
There is no quick fix to the sickness at the core of our culture. At least the Democratic Pendulum has been released today and the Groundhog Day of the last few years brought into focus.
As that film shows, only ❤ Love restarts the clock of our possible cultural survival.

“But who do you say that I am?”

The words in the title of this post are attributed to Jesus Christ and they show the almost impossible rigour placed upon those who articulate the One to the many.

The Singularity knows everything in potential, but does not actually know anything until it happens. The person articulating a message from their potential to the point of articulation does not know how it is actually going to emit. They may try to rehearse, to prepare, to practice – but at its actual emission, if The Singularity is authentically engaged with the communication, the deliverer, that which is delivered and those to whom it is delivered, are One.

This earthly realm is a place of separation from the Singularity Itself. The word gives the clue:

SE – PARA – TION

SE – Itself, as in “per se”

PARA – Beyond, alongside, more than

TION – That which is after, to complete begets a completion, to part begets a partition etc.

So, separation is Itself going beyond Itself, in Itself, for Itself, by Itself. In the living organic vehicles, cells separate until the form is complete, then they renew the form by repeated and harmonic separations.

When The Singularity returns to Itself, either at the disposal point of Its organic veiling, or at moments of clarity and Self conception and actualisation during the organic journey, then the antidote to separation is apparent:

PARA – DI – SE

PARA – Beyond, alongside, more than

DI – Two

SE- Itself

So paradise is simply Itself returning to Its own Singularity after experiencing the necessary duality of material existence.

The person in Union with the Singularity knows less and less in actuality, the closer they come to utterance in the realm of material communication. They could be anything, often they are judged by the contemporary structures as being nothing, they connect everything back to The Source, but when asked who they are, are unable to provide themselves or others with any orthodox response.

Unorthodox behaviour is not quite the same as living as a paradox, though because it connects the paradox with the orthodox it is not an easy trait to bear in any era, either for the transmitter or the receiver. The unorthodox is so often seen as odd, the journey to Union is very odd.

The material orthodoxy of government in any era has power given to it by its very existence to protect itself from being usurped by ineptitude. When the orthodoxy of government is past a sell by date it is the very embodiment of ineptitude itself and it then calls forth the unorthodox from the governed. This summoned unorthodoxy is the ground for the connection of the Paradox to materialise.

The stuckness of ineptitude can only be initially challenged by the unorthodox, the truly United messenger then arrives as the Paradox, like the story of The Buddha leaving the riches of his palace to be with ordinary people, King Arthur and Excalibur, Moses and the Israelites, Samson and Delilah, Muhammad (pbuh) and the tribes, the Parousia expected by traditions today. The Paradox unites the opposites.

The word “parousia” simply means “presence”. To be truly present is to be single minded, even if only for an instant, to be beyond the twoness of matter, to taste paradise. The United person is in paradise as more of a constant rather than an instant, but they can still deal singularly well with a world in separation, a world that matters in its journey with matter.

The place of Union is the diction chamber.

All energy returns to Source, to return consciously is the Work.

The symbolic and actual messages join together as life presents in one life a message to the collective that addiction, that stuck-addiction©, is the defining disease of the era.

This post explains that the person stuck in the vice side of their life’s pendulum swing is more easily unstuck than the person inadvertently stuck in their presumed virtue.

The difficult truth for the banking industry to accept is that “The Wolf of Wall Street” is still on the loose metaphorically speaking. The disease at the core of the global finance industry has not been exposed into the cathartic place mentioned and tentatively experienced by Mr. Flowers. Do you remember Nick Leeson when he was caught in corrupt practices, he was portrayed as one rogue trader, when in fact he was simply flagging up what was fast becoming an industry standard. He was sent to prison.

So with Mr. Flowers, he is not one lone rogue figure. He symbolises the sickness infecting the whole global financial quasi crime scene.

When the spokesperson for the banks said to the public and to Government after the 2008/9 Crash that, “no-one could have foreseen the Crash coming”, he was lying. Everyone in business that I have spoken to over the last five years concurs that everyone in the banking sector knew that the Crash was coming, but nobody could face exposing the short termism of the Ponzi style calamity that was surrounding them at that time and expect to keep their job. So they all drove over the cliff edge together.

Because the banks have built their recovery on that single lie, the recovery is not viable, the system must crash again.

Evidence from an individual melt down shows that a damaged physical constitution only repairs through a process of rigorous honesty and an alignment around metaphysical principles. The collective meltdown of the Articles of Constitution of the major banks are exhibiting the same disease as an individual and therefore also require the same rigorous recovery dynamic.

The Constitution of a Nation when broken, is only reconnected to the fabric of the culture that is described by it, by the leading functions exposing themselves to their people in rigorous honesty.

In every human endeavour we fail our way forward, mistakes are embraced as the only way to learn anything, from walking to playing a violin to loving one another. Yet politicians have trapped themselves in fear of losing votes, talking down markets, losing face … trapped themselves into the sterility of making a mistake into the club with which to destroy the reputation of an opponent, and the barking crowds have fallen for this insanity helped by the media rent a gob …. Barabbas is freed over and over again and the principle of truth in a politician’s conscience is betrayed in the “Place of the Skull” then crucified over and over by order of the Chief Whip ….

However, a new approach could yield new creativity amongst the leaders who have to navigate the landing of a new epoch.
